Privacy Policy

Expero is a travel planning app built by AI For Human. This page explains what we collect, how we use it, and the controls you have. This policy describes the current product and the controls available to you. Material updates will be posted on this page.

What we collect

• Account info. Email address (via Apple, Google, or magic link) and your display name + home city if you provide them.
• Trip data. The drafts, days, items, and destinations you create or save inside the app.
• Conversation data. Messages exchanged with the in-app travel assistant, used to help plan your trip.
• Device + usage signals. App version, OS version, and high-level usage events for reliability and product improvement.

How we use it

Strictly to operate the product — render your trips, sync across your devices, power the AI assistant, and improve reliability. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.

Your controls

• Delete your account. On the web, open Profile and choose Delete account. In the iOS app, use Profile → Privacy → Delete Account. Both paths remove your trips, saves, conversations, and profile data after confirmation.
• Turn off analytics. In the iOS app, use Profile → Privacy → Allow analytics.
• Edit memory. On the web, open Profile to remove a remembered preference that should not shape future trips.
• Email us. support@aiforhuman.ai with any data request.
